If you are travelling to a foreign country, you may be required to carry certified copies of your identification documents translated into the host country’s language. Even if these translations are not requested before your trip, arranging them in advance can save you a great deal of stress, if you are in an unexpected situation. Our fees for translating a standard document start from $33.

This fee entitles you to any of the following options:
Specialized content is defined as professional content featuring a high level of expertise and specialized complex terms, such as scientific, medical or engineering documents. These documents must be translated with extreme accuracy so the meaning is not distorted. Therefore, the translator must have appropriate expertise and experience to complete the task to a professional standard. As specialized content can be any word length, we calculate our fees at the rate of $0.06 / per word.

Yes, you can bring the documents to our office, although we recommend that you scan or take a picture of the documents and email them to us, so you can retain the original. We do not need to original document in order to carry out the certified translation.
